Seller sent in unreasonable packaging received smashed bottle with packaging disintegrating and dissolving. Contacted and mentioned they had sent a replacement, no confirmation was ever received. They then proceeded to claim it had been lost in transit. And refused to do a refund unless the broken packaging had been returned. This was not made clear by the seller from the first instance. Thoroughly disappointed bad quality customer service. Does not value clients.

The item was never delivered it says untracked but despite my request for a replacement I just kept getting told waiting for post office to contact them I’ve emailed 5 times in 10 day and same response every time the Customer service from this eBayer is pitiful I’ve had to ask eBay to take over and refund me as now don’t want anything to do with this seller l will purchase somewhere else
