Excellent item that remarkably, arrived in perfect condition considering the item was opened by the EVRI courier, the contents examined, deemed to be of no value and replaced without the packing slip. The seller very kindly offered a refund that I declined as there nothing wrong with the item. The seller is now considering alternative couriers. EVRI are totally unreliable unlike the seller here is beyond reproach and cannot do enough to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Good seller, would use again. Order shipped promptly, was mailed in a larger box which got batttered, and the perfume inside was just rattling about. However the perfume box packaging while a wee bit dented inside was otherwise fine , no breakage,no issues at all. Happy with the fragrance and good value for money.

Items exactly as described and expected, but how they survived delivery is a miracle. Packaging inside box entirely insufficient, just a small flimsy piece of bubble wrap which had slipped off bottles and box squashed at one end as too big for contents.
