❌ We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or non-mainland territories.

Orders are fulfilled using reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

UK: 2–7 business days after processing

Europe: 3–7 business days after processing

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days after processing (subject to customs clearance)

 

Free Shipping

UK: Free standard shipping on all orders

Europe: Free standard shipping on orders over £100

USA & Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over £150

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have rates calculated and displayed at checkout.
